Cancellation Policy

A strict 48 hour cancellation or rescheduling policy applies to every client. 50% of your scheduled appt fee will be charged as a result in a no-show and/or cancellation within the 48hrs leading up to your appointment. I understand life happens, but please understand that when canceling an appointment without proper notice, clients on my waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services and stylists hourly wage is affected. Please provide proper notice to avoid said fee.
